Inn by the River is nestled on a bluff overlooking the Kennebec River in the Forks, Maine, the heart of outdoor recreation. Snowmobiling, hunting, flyfishing, spin casting, whitewater canoeing, kayaking, and rafting, trail hiking, mountain biking, golfing, and theater are all at our doorstep. In the winter, snowmobilers find a warm retreat after a day on the trails which cross our backyard. From the fisherman in the spring to nature lovers in the fall to snowmobilers in the winter, our hospitality is always welcoming.

Inn by the River offers individual overnight rooms, a condo-style apartment that can sleep up to 12 people, and on premise campsites. Our facility can accommodate any size function such as company outings and weddings. We are looking forward to your stay!
