Reservations and Cancellations

At Inn By The River we have a thirty-day reservations and cancellation policy. Reservations made more than 30 days prior to stay must pay a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. All balances due and reservations made within 30 days must be paid in full. Reservations canceled 30 days prior to stay are entitled to a full refund. Reservations canceled within 30 days of their stay are nonrefundable. Under special circumstances reservations canceled within 30 days may be eligible to receive rain checks for future stays (subject to approval). Cash refunds are not available for reservations canceled within 30 days.

Check In/Check Out

Check-In time is 2pm. Check-Out time is 11am. Special arrangements may be made for early and late arrivals and late departures.
